XXXI CROSS «CIUDAD DE BENICARLÓ»

El pasado domingo tres atletas del Club de Córrer el Garbí participarón en el XXXI CROSS «CIUDAD DE BENICARLÓ». Mª del Pilar Vázquez fue segunda en la carrera junior femenina y Rebeca Denia entró en quinta posición (cuarta de las atletas que puntúan en el circuito autonómico) en la carrera juvenil femenina. Por su parte, José Bas debutó en el cross en la serie juvenil masculina.

Hasta el momento se han disputado tres de las siete pruebas puntuables dentro del Circuito Autonómico de Cross y las dos atletas del Garbí siguen con opciones de entrar en la selección valenciana para el Campeonato de España de Cross por Comunidades Autónomas del Consejo Superior de Deportes a celebrar en Marzo.

UN ALTRA MARATÓ”

¿SUPERAR MARCA O SUPERARSE?

Cadascú tenim la nostra historia,

Alguns companys mes veterans diuen que “La Marató es desagraïda” entenc que es per sospesar tota la dedicació que comporta, tot el temps que s’ha de invertir sacrificant-lo de estar amb la família, amics, superant inclemències de l’oratge i alguna que altra matinada.

Pero jo no pense el mateix, amb les poques que en porte, cada vegada que creues la meta es una satisfacció IMPRESIONANT i diferent pero totes molt recompensants, creixent com atleta i com a persona.

Una amiga em va dir: es inexplicable fins on pots arribar a posar el teu cos quan vols, superant tots els inconvenients augmentant eixe esperi’t de sacrifici, patiment i superació.

Una vegada acabes eixa satisfacció d’alçar el braços i dir “ho ha fet” i de seguit voler compartir-ho amb la dona, família i companys. Després disfrutar-ho veient que tots em patit lo nostre i que totes les persones som iguals i cadascú te el seu mérit.
